Animal Affirmations & Positive Self-Talk Colouring Sheets for promoting moments of calm and encouraging mindfulness!
Print off the colouring in sheets for the children to colour using pencils, pens, crayons or paints.
Scaling the colouring-in up for group projects: You may also wish you snip the colouring-in sheet, then add it as an image to Excel to scale it to print much larger for a whole-class/small group project.
