'3-Minute Movement Breaks' Child-Friendly Low Resource Workout Cards
This is a collection of 3-Minute Movement Breaks for when children need to give their brain a break. These short themed workouts are designed specifically for children without any further resources needed. They are perfect for breaking up a lesson and using movement to refocus! This resource is for supporting children with managing their BIG feelings through movement breaks.
Sometimes our brains just need a break. Brain breaks can help us to focus but are also useful for helping us to manage our big feelings.
Suitable for EYFS, KS1, KS2.
