Flowers Mindfulness Colouring Sheets for promoting moments of calm and encouraging mindfulness through a quiet, calming and focused activity!
Print off the colouring in sheets for the children to colour using pencils, pens, crayons or paints.
Scaling the colouring-in up for group projects: You may also wish you snip the colouring-in sheet, then add it as an image to Excel to scale it to print much larger for a whole-class/small group project.
