'I am...' My Star of Self-Esteem
”I am…’ My Star of Self-Esteem’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with identifying what makes them, them. It is a tool for building self-esteem as well as a way of exploring the positives and celebrating the small things.

- To support teaching emotional literacy and self-esteem.
- To support a child 1:1.
- To support a wider class ethos of talking and normalising mental health and wellbeing.

H21. to recognise warning signs about mental health and wellbeing and how to seek support for themselves and others
