A-Z of Movement Breaks (and Brain Breaks)
This is collection of Movement Breaks for when children need to give their brain a break. This A to Z -themed resource is for supporting children with managing their BIG feelings through movement breaks, such as ‘jump like a frog’ to get those wiggles out!
Sometimes our brains just need a break. Brain breaks can help us to focus but are also useful for helping us to manage our big feelings.
Suitable for EYFS, KS1, KS2.
