My Worry Scale: Measuring Anxiety Feelings
‘My Worry Scale’ has been designed to support children and young people with scaling their feelings of worry. It emphasises that feelings are temporary and can change. The sheet encourages children and young people to identify where on the scale they are feeling.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation.
- To support emotional literacy and identifying feelings on a scale.
- To support a child 1:1.
- To help a child to identify how feelings can change depending on the environment around them.
- To support a child in beginning to spot triggers for their worries worsening.
