My Basket of Brain Breaks: Spring Easter Themed Activity
This is a basket full of Coping Skills ready for when children need to give their brain a break. This a DIY Easter-themed resource for supporting children with managing their BIG feelings.
Sometimes our brains just need a break. Brain breaks can help us to focus but are also useful for for helping us to manage our big feelings. On each egg, write down or draw a different brain break idea that you can use to help you to cope with your BIG feelings and giving your brain a break!
Suitable for KS1, KS2.
