'The Self Care Menu' Colouring-In Version
The Self-Care Menu is a collection of self-care-inspired activities to help children to meet both their basic and emotional needs.
Research has shown that practicing self-care on a daily basis is essential for maintaining positive mental health and well-being.
This is a colouring-in sheet version. We encourage children to create their own Self-Care Menu.
