'Things That Make Me Mad' Activity

Things That Make Me Mad by Exciting Teacher

‘Things that make me mad!’ is a worksheet that can be used to support in identifying the triggers of anger. Lots of things can trigger children to feel angry, by encouraging them to consider these triggers then we can support them to manage how they respond!

Children can write or draw their anger triggers in the thought bubble. This can be used as a prompt to then discuss what can be done to offer some support to that child. For example, ‘I get cross when people step into my personal bubble’, which can then be supported by encouraging that child to say no, step back or explain the way they feel to others around them.
