My Circle of Control

The ‘Circle of Control’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with understanding what we can and cannot control. For children it can be tricky to understand how other people might be feeling and why they might be acting the way that they are.
Think about the things you can control and the things you cannot control in your life. We call this our ‘Circles of Control’. The smaller inner circle is all the things you can control and change, whereas the bigger outside circle is all the things you cannot control or change.
