FREE: King Charles III Coronation Themed Thoughts, Feelings and Actions (CBT Cycle) Activity

Children are invited to explore how what we think, feel, do, and feel in our bodies are all interlinked through a fun Coronation-themed resource. This model is inspired by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practice.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation.
- To support emotional literacy and identifying feelings.
- To support with identifying how our thoughts affect our actions, feelings, and bodily sensations.
- To support a child 1:1.
- To work to destigmatise mental health through the idea that everyone has mental health.
