Changing Angry Thoughts into Calm Thoughts: CBT inspired Worksheet
‘Changing Angry Thoughts’ is a worksheet that can be used to support with managing anger in safer and more helpful ways. Rather than saying ‘I wanted that’ or ‘It’s not fair’ when the last cookie gets eaten, this activity encourages children to change their thoughts into calmer and more positive ones.
