'My Bedtime Books': Reading-Based Sleep Activity
This resource helps to promote positive sleep routines including the importance of completing a calming activity, such as reading before bed. Reading has many benefits for our mental health and wellbeing – let’s encourage children to reflect on the benefits of this by creating their very own bookshelf of all their favourite reads before bedtime.
What are your favourite books to read before going to sleep? Let’s recreate the book covers!
Suitable for EYFS, KS1, and Ks2.
