'Things I Love About Me' Worksheet for Self-Esteem and Confidence
This worksheet encourages children and young people to identify everything that they love about themselves, such as “I am kind” or “I can do brave things”. This is perfect for boosting their self-esteem!
“Write down or draw all the things that you love about you in the hearts. Decorate the person in the mirror to look like you! Imagine you are looking in a mirror. Look at all of your AMAZING qualities!”

- To support children with recognising their self-love and what they like about themselves.
- To support with boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
- To help children to understand that by focusing on the positives then this leads to overall better mental health and wellbeing.
