'My Anxiety Toolkit' Coping Strategies
Create your own Anxiety Toolkit full of strategies you can use when you are feeling anxious to help you to feel calm and in control of your worries.
“How to Make: Add your own strategies to the tools and cut them out. Cut out the two toolkits, glue them together on 3 edges but do not glue the top edge. This will the opening for you to add all of your tools. Alternatively, glue the tools to the outside of the toolkit. Use the toolkit strategies when you next feel anxious to help you to manage those big feelings.”
