Design an Easter Egg: Mindfulness Fine-Motor Playdoh Play Mat
Mindful Modelling is a calming activity that promotes mindfulness alongside the development of fine-motor skills. Children are invited to decorate the Easter Egg.
Use play-dough or small parts to decorate the Easter Egg. Sit quietly and calmingly. Notice yourself concentrating, feel the texture of each small part in your hands or notice the smell of the playdough. I wonder what you’ll create…
