Celebrating Earth Day: 'Dear Earth, Thank You For...' Letter Template & Gratitude Activity
Celebrating Earth Day is all about, celebrating our wonderful blue planet and everything it has to offer!
This activity encourages children to reflect on what they feel grateful for whilst living on Earth, such as the water, the land, the sea, animals, travel, weather, connections with people, etc. Writing a letter to Earth provides children with the chance to explore and pay attention to what they are feeling gratitude towards.
It is embedded in feeling present and noticing what we feel grateful for.
