Breathing Strategies: A4 Pastel Posters
A relaxing pastel-themed resource to encourage mindfulness and deep breathing for children. This child-friendly resource is easy to follow and designed with children in mind.
Children can choose from a range of breathing exercises to find their favourite one. To accompany these A4 posters, we also have a small breathing foldable booklet/flashcards cards. We’ve used pastel colours to make this a calming resource to use!
