These D.I.Y Affirmation cards allow children to create their own affirmations and positive self-talk cards as reminders of how wonderful they are!
Print off the flashcards for the children to begin use, decorate and create with phrases that reasonate with the child, encourage children to practise saying the affirmations in the mirror!
