What makes me go 'BANG' and lose control? Worksheet for Triggers of Anger/ Frustration/ Upset

‘Go BANG and Lose Control’ has been designed to support children and young people with exploring BIG feelings, such as anger, frustration, sadness, envy, jealously and more.
The balloon encourages children to think about their triggers of Big Feelings. In turn, this allows them to self-identify when they might be about to pop and lose control and what they can do to support themselves.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation.
- To support emotional literacy and identifying BIG feelings, such as anger.
- To support a child 1:1.

- KS1: H13 – how feelings can affect people’s bodies and how they behave.
