Fold Out Feelings Activity
The ‘Fold Out Feelings Activity’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions and exploring their thoughts/feelings/behaviours/bodily sensations surrounding a time when they felt that way.
This activity encourages young people to identify a time when they felt happy… sad… angry… calm and to identify how their body was feeling, what they were thinking, other emotions that they felt and what they were doing.
This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly-looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!
