The Positive Pants Phrases & Affirmations Worksheet

An activity to encourage children to create a bank of positive phrases and affirmations that they can tell themselves during trickier times. This is known as ‘positive self-talk’ and can be a powerful coping tool for children.
Write down positive phrases on the pairs of pants and practice saying them in the mirror or to themselves.
How could this resource be used?
- To support with self-esteem and positive self-talk.
- To help children cope during tricky times with maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing.
