This thought-challenging activity is a popular one in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy: sorting unhelpful thoughts and turning those negative thoughts into more positive, helpful thoughts. This activity has been simplified to be used by Practitioners, Teachers, Parents, and ELSAs.
