'My Special Comforter': EYFS/KS1 Bedtime Sleep Hygiene Activity
Most children have a special comforter, teddy bear, or blanket to help them go to sleep at night. This activity allows them to draw their special item and write a sentence explaining why it is special to them.
Lots of people sleep with a special teddy, blanket, or comforter. This helps people to fall asleep. Draw a picture of your comforter below then write a sentence about why it is special to you. If you don’t have a special comforter, instead draw a special toy.
