"I rock because...": Self-Esteem Worksheet for Children and Teens
This worksheet encourages children and young people to identify everything that they love about themselves, such as “I am kind” or “I can do brave things”.
This is perfect for boosting their self-esteem, whilst celebrating all the reasons why they rock!

- To support children with recognising their self-love and what they like about themselves.
- To support with boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
- To help children to understand that by focusing on the positives then this leads to overall better mental health and wellbeing.
