'I feel...' - The Conflict Comic: Exploring Peer Conflict & Conflict Resolution
The ‘Conflict Comic’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying different feelings when facing situations of peer conflict. This is a Conflict Resolution approach focused in restorative practice!
Sometimes we can find ourselves in situations that make us feel lots of BIG feelings, such as falling out with friends or finding it hard to understand how other people might feel. Use this comic strip to draw or write a time when you felt BIG feelings. For each part of the story, complete the speech bubbles with ‘I feel…’ for each person or character involved. You might want to add more speech bubbles. Use the last box to think about a solution to the situation! The solution should be something that works for everyone involved and this might include a ‘compromise’.
