FREE - 'I have the right to good mental health': World Mental Health Day Colouring-In Sheet
World Mental Health Day is an important day that shines a light on the need for good mental health.
To mark this day, we are offering a free colouring-in sheet for children to enjoy. Mental Health is not just for today but for every day.
This colouring-in sheet features the message ‘I have the right to good mental health’, which is a powerful statement that encourages children to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing.
This activity is not only fun and relaxing, but it also serves as a reminder of the importance of taking care of ourselves and seeking help if needed.
Let’s celebrate World Mental Health Day together!
