World Sleep Day: How Does Sleep Help Our Body and Brain? - Matching Activity
This sleep themed matching activity helps children to identify why sleep is important for their body and mind. It helps children to identify how sleep works to repair the body, improve concentration and support learning at school.
This resource has been designed to promote the importance of having routines to ensure good quality sleep, healthy sleep hygiene habits and tools for supporting children with their sleep.
Suitable for KS1, and KS2.

- To understand the benefits of sleep and how it affects our mood not just our physical health.
