My Feelings Volcano Bookmark

‘My Feelings Volcano Bookmark’ has been designed to support children and young people with regulating their emotions using the 5 Point Scale.
The volcano encourages children and young people to identify where on the scale they are feeling and what they can do to support.
It has the option for ‘I can…’ activities to be added to the back. This should be completed in collaboration with the young person.
