Feelings Trigger Paperchain
‘Feelings Trigger Paperchain’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying what triggers their feelings and emotions.
Sometimes it is difficult to identify exactly how you are feeling and what causes that feeling. This provides children and young people the opportunity to record their feelings, identify what makes them feel that way and that they can do to help ease that feeling.
This is perfect for practicing fine motor skills by cutting and sticking.
