'Elves in the Workshop': Non-Verbal Emotions and Feelings Discussion Prompt Poster

‘Elves in the Workshop’ is a non-verbal prompt card for supporting children and young people to explore their emotions and feelings.
Children can verbally discuss their emotions or feelings or use the different Elves to explore how they, and others, are feeling. These could be used to start conversations for ‘tell me about a time when…’ and SO much more!
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation, emotional literacy, and identifying different emotions.
- To support a child 1:1.
- To help children to identify a variety of vocabulary to describe their feelings.
