Earth Day: Mindfulness Colouring-In Sheets
Earth Day Mindfulness Colouring-In Sheets is a calming activity that promotes mindfulness alongside the development of fine-motor skills, mark making, and pencil control. Children are invited to colour in the Earth Day themed colouring sheets!
Suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
How could this resource be used?
- To support with promoting mindfulness.
- To support with developing fine-motor skills and pencil control through a calming, relaxing activity.
- To promote concentration and focus.
- To develop mark-making.

KS1:

KS2:

- H20. strategies to respond to feelings, including intense or conflicting feelings; how to manage and respond to feelings appropriately and proportionately in different situations.
- L5. ways of carrying out shared responsibilities for protecting the environment in school and at home; how everyday choices can affect the environment (e.g. reducing, reusing, recycling; food choices).
