'Coping with Conflict' & Making a Choice Wheel

The ‘Coping with Conflict & Making a Choice’ Wheel has been designed to support children and young people with choosing helpful solutions when faced with peer conflict. This is a Conflict Resolution approach focused on restorative practice!
When we feel BIG feelings, like feeling worried or anxious, it can be hard to know what to do to help us to feel better. When you next feel worried or anxious, spin the wheel and follow one of the coping strategies to help you to feel better.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation & emotional literacy.
