Use this ‘Confidence Check-In Wheel’ to check how confident you are feeling after each new piece of learning. Do you feel confident, confused, or unsure? This will help the Grown-Ups around you to understand if you need some further help before moving on to new learning.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation.
- To support emotional literacy and identifying confidence surrounding new learning or class/home based activities.
