A Letter To Tell You How I Really Feel...

‘A Letter To Tell You How I Really Feel…’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with identifying when they need support. It is a tool for building emotional literacy and allowing insight into thoughts and feelings for the adults who are supporting the children or young person.
Some children and young people find verbalising their emotions challenging. They might be reluctant to share but this is supportive of writing/drawing how they are feeling in that moment.
