Sorting Comfortable and Uncomfortable Emotions (featuring The Scribbles Crew)
‘Sorting Comfortable and Uncomfortable Feelings’ helps children to distinguish how different feelings make them feel. For some of us, feelings such as ‘excitement’ are a comfortable feeling but for others this can be deeply uncomfortable.
Sometimes it is difficult to identify exactly how you are feeling. As adults, we can struggle to find the words. The Scribbles Crew has been designed to give children the vocabulary to be able to talk about their feelings.
This emotions check-in board resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly-looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!
