My Worry Thermometer
‘The Worry Thermometer’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions on a scale.
Scaling a problem can help it to seem more manageable but also support the young person in tracking their progress and identifying triggers for their worries.
This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!
