'The Volcano in my Tummy': Exploring BIG Feelings

‘My Volcano’ has been designed to support children and young people with exploring BIG feelings, such as anger, frustration, sadness, envy, jealously and more.
The volcano encourages children and young people to identify their thoughts, feelings, actions and bodily sensations. In turns, this allows them to self-identify when they might be ‘bubbling up’ and what they can do to support themselves.
