Worry Bucket Worksheet

The Worry Bucket supports children and young people to think about their worries.
It talks about imagining our worries filling up a bucket over time. This bucket may end up filling up, becoming overwhelming and tricky to navigate. However, we can help our worries by letting them go or solving them leading to us feeling much less overwhelmed.
This is a practical worksheet for supporting children to let go of their worries and learn how to manage their worry.
