'Seed to Success': Setting and Achieving Goals

Spring is a time to check back in with the goals that we may have set at the start of the year or to allow us the opportunity to work on new hobbies and interests. Our ‘Seeds to Success’ resource is the perfect worksheet for setting goals, breaking them down, identify any further support that we may need to achieve it and eliminating any barriers that might come up. Children can image a seed growing into a flower or achieving their goal over time.
Just like flowers, we can grow our skills and achieve our dreams. To help us achieve our goals, we should consider any help we may need along the way, any obstacles that might come, and imagine what completing the goal will look like!
Setting wishes and hopes for the future. This goal-setting activity encourages children to record what they wish will happen in the future and support them to make those wishes become possible.
