Daily Mindfulness Morning Task Sheet
‘Daily Mindfulness Task Sheets’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions. It can be used as a morning starter task before starting the day of learning to help put aside any big feelings and to make an appropriate plan to deal with them.
Scaling a problem can help it to seem more manageable but also support the young person in tracking their progress and identifying triggers for their worries.
This set comes with 10 sheets with different positive quotes and doodle ideas.
