Handling Big Emotions Worksheet
‘Handling Big Emotions’ has been designed to support children and young people with exploring BIG feelings, such as anger, frustration, sadness, envy, jealously and more.
It provides children a space to reflect on what happened and how to learnt from that experience for next time.
