Comfortable and Uncomfortable BIG Feelings at Christmas Time Sorting Activity

‘BIG Feelings at Christmas Time’ is an activity that helps children explore things that make them feel different ways at Christmas Time, such as seeing relatives, visiting crowded places, or unwrapping gifts.
This activity will help children to formulate a plan on how to cope with those situations as they arise at Christmas time, be able to share how it makes them feel, and spot that everyone around feels slightly differently about the exact same situations they might find themselves in.
Choose a card and decide how that situation would make you feel. Sort the feelings into comfortable and uncomfortable feelings using the scale.
Suitable for KS1 (with support) and KS2.
