My Rainbow Goals: Exploring Wellbeing, School, Friendships, Home and Being Active

Spring is a time to check back in with the goals that we may have set at the start of the year or to allow us the opportunity to work on new hobbies and interests.
Write down your goals on each colour. Cut them out and attach them to your cloud. Goals are often more successful when we check back on our progress each week. Don’t forget to display your rainbow cloud somewhere that you will see it and be reminded of your goals often.
Setting wishes and hopes for the future. This goal-setting activity encourages children to record what they wish will happen in the future and support them to make those wishes become possible.
