'Where on the scale am I?' Scaling Feelings and Problems

”Where on the scale am I?’ Scaling Feelings and Problems’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions on a scale.
Scaling a problem can help it to seem more manageable but also support the young person in tracking their progress and identifying triggers for their worries.
This resource features The Scribbles Crew, a group of friendly looking emotions characters that can be created by any child. They are just that: scribbles!
