This poster encourages children and young people to explore the role of the 5 ways to wellbeing in supporting their wellbeing.
This poster uses the 5 Ways to Wellbeing alongside The Scribbles Crew to illustrate 5 areas that can be used to support overall wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Give, Keep Learning, and Take Notice.
How could this resource be used?
- To support children with recognising who is important in their lives and who is special to them.
- To support with promoting positive relationships with family and friends.
- To celebrate people in our lives who are special and recognise what they bring to the world.
- To document ways of learning new skills and keeping our bodies active.
