4-7-8 Breathing Technique: Sleep Support
4-7-8 breathing technique is a helpful strategy for promoting calmness before bedtime.
Deep breathing helps to slow our heart rate down and helps our bodies to relax. If we feel relaxed, then we are more likely to be able to fall asleep quicker and with ease.
Suitable for EYFS, KS1, and Ks2.
