Sorting Unhealthy and Healthy Habits Activity
Habits can be both positive and negative. They can be good for us, such as a habit of going to a gym or eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day. Whilst on the other hand, habits can be negative for us, such as not getting enough sleep.
A habit is something we do often. These can be rituals, routines, or ways that we think about ourselves and others. Habits can healthy and unhealthy for us. For example, brushing our teeth is a healthy habit but always thinking that you cannot do something is an unhealthy habit. Cut out the habits below and sort them into healthy and unhealthy habits.
