My Healthy Habit Tracker
Habits can be both positive and negative. They can be good for us, such as a habit of going to a gym or eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day. Whilst on the other hand, habits can be negative for us, such as not getting enough sleep.
By tracking your healthy habits, you can help to make those part of your everyday routine!
A habit is something we do often. These can be rituals, routines, or ways that we think about ourselves and others. Habits can healthy and unhealthy for us.
