Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation. This year’s theme is ‘Anxiety’ and spreading awareness to help those who suffer from anxiety.
Anxiety is a normal emotion to experience. However, for some people, including children and young people, this can become unmanageable and difficult to cope with. It can have an impact on school, relationships, friendships and hobbies.
Exciting Teacher is passionate about supporting children and young people with their mental health and preventing the likes of ‘Anxiety’ from escalating further. We have put together a range of FREE resources as well as a number of resources from our core collection that you might find helpful to get children talking about ‘Anxiety’ in a positive way this week.
